Huntsville Museum of Art, located in Big Spring Park in downtown Huntsville, Alabama, is a 75,034 square foot facility with fourteen galleries showcasing visual art and artistic achievement. Families can explore rotating exhibitions and exhibitions across 20,000 square feet of gallery space, including the Stender Family Interactive Galleries featuring an Escher-esque color wheel and "A Walk Through Time," which presents ancient cultures and art through the ages. The museum, which opened in its current form following a 2010 expansion, is fully handicap accessible and serves the combined population of Huntsville and Madison County.
A membership to Huntsville Museum of Art carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
