How we use cookies
Short version: we set what the site needs to work, we measure which pages families find useful, and we show ads that keep Mini Navigators free for parents. You can turn the last two off at any time, and nothing about the directory changes if you do.
Strictly necessary
These cannot be turned off, because the site does not function without them. No consent is required for them and none is asked.

Loaded by pages that need them
Google Maps loads on Explore so the map works. Stripe loads only on payment pages, and only once paid business plans are switched on. Neither runs on a page that does not need it.
Your browser's own signal
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as an opt-out of personalized advertising straight away. You will not see the cookie bar at all, because you have already told us, and asking again would be ignoring you.
Children
Mini Navigators is a service for parents, and accounts belong to adults. We do not use anything a parent stores about their children — a first name and a birthdate — for advertising, ever, and it is never shared with an advertiser.
