Copyright and takedown
If something on Mini Navigators is yours and should not be here, tell us and we will take it down. You do not need a lawyer to ask, and we would much rather remove a photo than argue about one.
The fast way
Email hello@kidsmn.com with a link to the page and a line about what is yours. If it is a photograph, we will normally just remove it and work out the details afterwards. Removal is cheap; a fight is not.
A formal DMCA notice
If you would rather send a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send it to the address below and include:
- Your signature (typing your name is fine), and your contact details.
- What work you own, and where it appears on our site — a direct link.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

If you think we removed something wrongly
Send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identify what was removed and where it was, and state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will pass it to whoever complained, and unless they go to court we will generally restore the material.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post material belonging to other people are closed.
Photographs on listing pages
Many listing photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under CC-BY or CC-BY-SA and are credited to their photographer on the listing page — that credit is a condition of the license, not decoration. If you are the photographer and the credit is wrong or missing, tell us and we will fix it or remove the image. Photographs uploaded by a business are theirs, and they confirm they hold the rights when they upload.
