Chestnut Mountain is a year-round resort in Galena, Illinois, set on more than 220 acres overlooking the Upper Mississippi River valley. Families can ski, snowboard, or mountain bike depending on the season, and enjoy on-site lodging with an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
