National Public Housing Museum**

The National Public Housing Museum (NPHM) is the only cultural institution in the United States dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of public housing. Our mission is to preserve, promote, and propel the right to housing for all. Through exhibitions, public programs, and storytelling, NPHM makes complex housing issues understandable and actionable. Now officially open at 919 S. Ada Street in the last remaining building of the Jane Addams Homes, the Museum offers immersive historical apartment tours and dynamic exhibitions that honor the lived experiences of public housing residents and explore the past, present, and future of housing in America.
