Hart Museum. Families can explore a combined collection of more than 35 million specimens and artifacts spanning natural and cultural history, with indoor and outdoor exhibits across the three sites. La Brea Tar Pits also features the only active urban paleontological excavation site in the world, offering visitors a look at ongoing fossil discovery.
