Walnut Creek Model Railroad Society

Walnut Creek Model Railroad Society operates the Diablo Valley Lines, one of the largest exclusively HO scale model railroads in the United States. Visitors can view the permanent 34'x56' layout featuring approximately 4,300 feet of hand-laid track with standard gauge, narrow gauge, and interurban electric lines from multiple elevated viewing platforms around the 160-foot perimeter. The model railroad is housed in a purpose-built building in Walnut Creek, California.
