Sojourner Truth African Heritage Museum in Sacramento, CA is a museum dedicated to exploring and celebrating African American history, experiences, and culture through art education and outreach. The museum, which opened in 1996, offers exhibitions and programs that engage visitors of all ages, including a Youth Docent Program featuring paid youth from middle school through college who lead tours and discuss the exhibitions.
